Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our services. They govern your relationship with Edumedix Services Pvt. Ltd.

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions:

  • “Company” refers to Edumedix Services Pvt. Ltd.
  • “Client” means any individual or institution engaging our services.
  • “Services” means Educational Consulting and/or Digital Marketing offerings described on our website.
  • “Fees” means charges payable by the Client for Services as set out in our proposals or website.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

3. Scope of Services

We provide two core service lines:

  • Educational Consulting: Profile assessment, university matching, application support, scholarship guidance, visa preparation.
  • Digital Marketing: SEO, PPC campaign management, content marketing, social media advertising, email automation, monthly reporting.

Detailed deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement will be set out in a separate proposal or agreement.

4. Fees & Payment

  1. Quotation: Fees are quoted in INR and exclude applicable taxes (e.g., GST).
  2. Payment Terms: Unless otherwise agreed, 50% advance upon acceptance, 50% on completion of Services.
  3. Late Payment: Late payments incur interest at 1.5% per month on overdue amounts.
  4. Refunds: Consultation fees are non-refundable. Project-based fees may be partially refundable based on work completed.

5. Client Obligations

To enable us to perform, the Client must:

  • Provide accurate information, documents and access as requested.
  • Respond to queries and feedback within 3 business days.
  • Ensure timely payment of all Fees.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, strategies and personal data confidential, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, methodologies, templates and reports provided by the Company remain its sole property. The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive license for internal use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the Fees paid by the Client in the prior 12 months. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate by 30 days’ written notice. On termination, the Client pays for all Services rendered up to termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chhattisgarh.
